Sessions for Adults

 

Sessions are responsive and guided by the needs of the individual or group present, with each session shaped by energy levels, capacity, and intention on the day. 

 

Practices are gentle, grounded, and designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing, remaining inclusive, supportive, and free from expectation or performance. 

 

Sessions may draw on yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, somatic practices, strength-based training, sound, and subtle energy-based approaches, all offered in a way that supports safety, awareness, and a deeper connection with the body.

Sessions for Children

 

Children’s sessions at Anahqi are gentle, playful, and developmentally appropriate, supporting emotional regulation, sensory awareness, and a sense of safety within the body. 

 

Sessions may include movement, breath awareness, and creative, body-led activities that encourage coordination, expression, and relaxation in a way that feels natural and accessible. 

 

All sessions are delivered with safeguarding, consent, and emotional safety at their core, thoughtfully adapted to each child’s individual needs, pace, and comfort.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sessions are available in person in London or remote, offering flexible access to supportive, body-based wellbeing wherever you are.


How Sessions Support Wellbeing

 

At Anahqi, sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and embodied confidence.

Using breath awareness, mindful movement, strength-based training, relaxation practices, and sound, we help shift the body from states of stress or overwhelm toward steadiness and safety.

 

All sessions are trauma-informed and neurodiversity-friendly. This means choice is always offered, pacing is respected, and practices are adapted to suit individual sensitivities, capacity, and comfort levels.

The focus is not on performance or pushing limits, but on building sustainable self-regulation tools that can be used in everyday life.

 

 

Anahqi offers holistic wellbeing practices and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Sessions are supportive and complementary in nature.
