Anahqi offers a calm, inclusive space for individuals experiencing stress, overwhelm, or fatigue to slow down, reset, and feel calmer and more refreshed through gentle movement, breathwork, sound, and supportive relaxation practices.
Sessions draw on body-based approaches that support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and overall wellbeing. This work is grounded, trauma-aware, and guided at a pace that feels safe and manageable for participants.
Anahqi supports adults, children, and organisations, creating spaces that encourage steadiness, confidence, and a sense of reconnection.
While sessions are guided by a clear framework, they are flexibly adapted in real time to reflect the needs of participants—supporting engagement, relevance, and overall wellbeing.
Practices are thoughtfully selected in response to energy levels, emotional state, and capacity on the day, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive experience.

Our approach is rooted in a person-centred, body-based understanding that the nervous system, body, and mind are deeply interconnected — and that regulation, safety, and balance are supported through embodied experience rather than force or performance.
Anahqi offers gentle, holistic practices that support calm, balance, and reconnection through breath, movement, sound, and energy awareness. Sessions are trauma-aware, neurodiversity-friendly, and thoughtfully adapted to meet each person where they are.
While each session follows a clear framework, it remains responsive to the needs, energy, and intentions present on the day — whether working one-to-one or in a group setting. Consent, pacing, and respect for boundaries remain central throughout.
Practices may include mindful movement, breathwork, sound, and relaxation-based approaches, all grounded in creating space for awareness, regulation, and a sense of inner steadiness.
There is no pressure to perform or achieve — only an invitation to slow down, notice, and reconnect.
