Sessions for Women

Each session is entirely individual and responsive to the person or group present. No two sessions are the same. They are shaped by the needs, energy, and intentions of those attending on that particular day.

Practices are gentle and grounded, designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system settling, and overall wellbeing. No belief systems or spiritual frameworks are required — sessions remain supportive, calming, and client-led throughout.

Yoga, Breathwork & Mindful Movement

Gentle, yoga-inspired movement combined with breath awareness and meditation. Sessions focus on releasing tension, supporting nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with the body in a safe, steady, and compassionate way.

Somatic Movement & Dance

Body-led movement practices that encourage expression, flow, and awareness. These sessions are non-performative, adaptable, and supportive of emotional release, embodied presence, and a deeper sense of connection to the body.

Personal Training for Confidence & Embodiment

Holistic physical training focused on building strength, confidence, and comfort in the body. Sessions integrate mindful movement principles and are adapted to individual abilities, needs, and energy levels, supporting a positive and respectful relationship with movement.

Reiki & Energy-Based Practices

Subtle, calming energy-based practices offered to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system settling. Sessions are grounded and supportive, with no spiritual authority, expectations, or belief systems required.

Sound Healing

The gentle use of sound and vibration to encourage deep relaxation and body awareness. Particularly supportive for stress, overwhelm, and nervous system regulation, with sessions adapted to individual sensitivities and comfort levels.

Sessions for Children

Children’s sessions at Anahqi are gentle, playful, and developmentally appropriate, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, sensory awareness, and helping children feel safe and comfortable in their bodies.

Movement & Sensory Regulation

Body-based activities that support coordination, grounding, and self-regulation through gentle movement, rhythm, and play.

Breath Awareness & Calming Practices

Simple, age-appropriate breath and awareness exercises that support emotional regulation, settling, and relaxation in a way that feels safe and accessible for children.

Somatic Play & Movement

Creative, body-led movement practices that invite children to explore expression, rhythm, and flow in a non-pressured, non-performative way.

All sessions are delivered with safeguarding, consent, and emotional safety at their core. They are thoughtfully adapted to each child’s individual needs and always guided with care and respect for their pace, boundaries, and overall wellbeing.

Online & In-Person

Sessions are available in person in South East London and online worldwide, offering flexible access to supportive, body-based wellbeing wherever you are.

How Sessions Support Wellbeing

At Anahqi, sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and embodied confidence.

Using breath awareness, mindful movement, strength-based training, relaxation practices, and sound, we help shift the body from states of stress or overwhelm toward steadiness and safety.

All sessions are trauma-informed and neurodiversity-friendly. This means choice is always offered, pacing is respected, and practices are adapted to suit individual sensitivities, capacity, and comfort levels.

The focus is not on performance or pushing limits, but on building sustainable self-regulation tools that can be used in everyday life.

Anahqi offers holistic wellbeing practices and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Sessions are supportive and complementary in nature.
