About us
Who We Are

Anahqi is founded and led by Silvia.
Anahqi was created from a deep understanding of how the nervous system, body, and mind are interconnected — and how regulation, safety, and wellbeing begin in the body.
Through years of practice in yoga, movement, sound-based practices, energy awareness, and personal training, alongside lived experience and ongoing specialist training, this work has naturally evolved to support both women and children.
While the practices may look different, the foundation is the same: gentle, body-based approaches that respect individuality, neurodiversity, and emotional safety.
Silvia’s Experience
Silvia brings over two decades of experience working with children and families, alongside several years of training and practice in wellbeing, movement, and body-based approaches.
Since 2017, she has developed her work through yoga, breath awareness, and sound practices, later expanding into relaxation and healing-based sessions. Her approach continues to evolve through ongoing professional development and lived experience.
Silvia’s work focuses on supporting women and children through nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and gentle body-based practices that encourage self-awareness and wellbeing.
She has delivered holistic movement, breathwork, and mindfulness-based sessions for women in community and charity settings, including volunteering with organisations supporting women who have experienced trauma. These extended sessions are designed to offer safe, inclusive spaces for grounding, reconnection, and embodied self-regulation.
Alongside her work with women, Silvia has extensive experience working with children in schools, early years settings, and community projects. She has delivered age-appropriate yoga and movement sessions that support emotional regulation, sensory awareness, inclusion, and confidence, including work with children with additional and diverse needs.
Her work also draws on training in holistic and complementary practices, including Reiki and sound-based approaches such as Tibetan singing bowls and rhythm-based drumming. These practices are used gently and thoughtfully to support relaxation, grounding, and body awareness, and are always adapted to individual needs, sensitivities, and comfort levels.
Silvia is fully insured and holds an Enhanced DBS certificate, ensuring a safe, professional, and supportive environment for all participants.
