Anahqi offers a calm, inclusive space to reconnect with the body through gentle movement, breathwork, sound, and supportive relaxation practices.
Sessions draw on body-based approaches that support nervous system regulation and emotional safety.
Sessions are grounded and trauma-aware, supporting nervous system regulation, relaxation, and body awareness — always at your own pace. These gentle, body-based approaches support wellbeing for women and children, creating space for steadiness, confidence, and reconnection.
Every session is adapted to the individual or group present. Practices are thoughtfully blended according to energy levels, emotional state, and capacity on the day, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive experience.

Our approach is rooted in a person-centred, body-based understanding that the nervous system, body, and mind are deeply interconnected — and that regulation, safety, and balance are cultivated through embodied experience rather than force or performance.
Anahqi offers gentle, holistic practices that support reconnection through breath, movement, sound, and energy awareness. Sessions are trauma-aware, neurodiversity-friendly, and thoughtfully adapted to meet each person where they are.
Each session is entirely individual and responsive. No two sessions are the same. They are shaped by the needs, energy, and intentions present on the day — whether working one-to-one or in a group setting. Consent, pacing, and respect for boundaries remain central throughout.
While practices may vary — from mindful movement and breathwork to sound or relaxation-based work — the foundation remains the same: creating space for presence, awareness, and a sense of inner steadiness.
There is no expectation to change, fix, or become anything — only an invitation to notice, soften, and reconnect.
